The undercoat comes out in clumps twice a year. Bathing is most unnecessary, as the coat sheds dirt readily. Dry shampoo occasionally. This dog is clean and odorless.

We can also make use of protein coat conditioners and de-tangling solutions for convenient purposes. In order to save tremendous drying time, usage of modern velocity dryers is necessary. It is preferable to use a large pin brush for the hand fluff dry process.
As a finishing touch, we should not forget to cut or scissor the hair under the feet even with the pads and trim any stray hairs. With that, grooming for your Malamute is complete.
